Slice method
Use this when you know the sheet geometry. It creates every cell, including blank ones; it does not run automatic detection.
Checks for straight separator lines first, then looks for separate objects if no lines are found.
Finds separate shapes against the background. Best for icons and sprite sheets.
Splits along nearly solid horizontal and vertical lines, including different column widths in each row. Excludes the lines and keeps whole frames. Diagonal or curved dividers need manual boxes.

Higher sensitivity accepts more colour variation in separator lines. Changes apply after you pause.
Higher sensitivity includes faint and low-contrast pixels. It affects automatic boxes only and applies after you pause.
Separator mode starts with original crops, zero padding and the source background. Auto-tighten is disabled to preserve whole frames.
Turn off to preserve a manually drawn box exactly, including its original margins and background.

Result
What this does. Detects separate items on an uploaded image or sprite sheet by isolating shapes against the background, then exports them as uniform squares, shared rectangular grid cells or literal original crops. When the grid is already known, Manual grid creates every requested cell without guessing. Save its normalized layout and load it onto a revised sheet at a new resolution; download a JSON manifest when another tool needs the exact source coordinates. Detection is a starting point, not a requirement: drag, resize, add or delete boxes by hand at any time, right-click one to duplicate it at exactly the same size for another item, rename or reorder output tiles, and padding/upscale changes redraw the results immediately.
Everything happens in your browser tab. The sheet you upload is never sent anywhere.
